From Saitama Yoga Instructor (RYT200) Registered Dietitian Based in Miyakojima as a yoga teacher and snorkeling guide. Also runs regular yoga classes in Tokyo. A holistic approach that connects food and yoga—inside and out—is popular. Provides support for junior athletes as well.
